Booking & Procedures

Q: How do I rent with Kolette?

For home rental, it’s just 3 easy steps:

(1) Browse: Search by MRT station or layout on our Kolette official site.

(2) Contact : Message us for an on-site tour.

(3) Sign: Complete the lease agreement and you're ready!

Q: Can I reserve a room without paying? 

To ensure fairness to all guests, a room can only be reserved once the deposit is paid and the lease is signed. Until then, the room will remain available.

Q: Can I extend my stay?

Extensions are subject to availability. If there are no other bookings for the requested dates, you may extend your stay by signing a renewal agreement and completing the payment.


Payment & Contracts 

Q: What are the payment methods? 

We accept Bank Wire Transfers and PayPal.

Q: How much is the deposit? 

For short-term (non-yearly) rentals, the deposit is typically one month’s rent or less.

Q: Are utilities included? 

For short-term rentals, the rent is all-inclusive (Wi-Fi, water, and electricity).

Q: Will I have a penalty if I terminate the contract early? 
  • 1-month notice: No penalty.
  • Less than 1-month notice: 1 month's rent will apply.

Stay & Services

Q: What if I arrive early for check-in?

For early arrivals, we recommend booking the previous day to ensure the room is cleaned and ready.

Q: Do you provide daily cleaning?

We offer customized professional cleaning for an additional fee. Contact us for scheduling.

Q: What if something breaks or doesn't work?

Contact Kolette immediately. We provide prompt maintenance and solutions to ensure your comfort.

Q: Are pets allowed? 

Pets are currently not permitted at Kolette properties, as we aim to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
