House Rule
To ensure a premium stay for all our guests, please observe the following guidelines.
為了每位房客都能獲得高品質的住宿，請遵照以下房屋守則，與我們共同維護這個空間。
No Smoking 禁止吸煙
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises, including all indoor areas and balconies. Any evidence of smoking, including residual odors or cigarette butts, will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit.
大樓內(含室內及陽台)禁止吸菸。如有抽菸、屋內有煙蒂或煙味將收取全額押金。
Quiet Hours 安靜時段
Quiet hours are in effect from 22:00 to 08:00. Please be considerate and keep noise levels low both inside the property and in common areas of the building.
每晚 22:00-08:00 為安靜時段。房子裡外請留意音量。
Strict Prohibitions 嚴禁事項
Pets of any kind (including insects and animals), parties, and all illegal activities are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the full security deposit.
禁止攜帶、飼養任何寵物（含昆蟲、動物）、開派對及任何非法活動。如果我們收到通知，必須請您離開房子，並扣除全額押金。
Toilet 馬桶使用須知
Please note that plumbing systems in Taipei are sensitive. Flushing multiple sheets of toilet paper or any other items down the toilet may cause clogs. If plumbing service is required, a maintenance fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
台北市的部分大樓排水管較舊。若一次沖入多張衛生紙或將其他物品丟入馬桶可能造成堵塞。若造成堵塞需專人到場疏通或額外清潔時，將收取NT$3,000的維修清潔費。
Damage & Loss 損壞與遺失
Any damage to or loss of property items will be deducted from the security deposit. A fee of NT$500 will be charged for each lost key or room card.
住所如有損壞及遺失任何物品，我們將從押金中扣除。如遺失鑰匙或房卡，重置費用為 NT$500/支。
Personal Belongings 個人財物
While we value and protect our guests' privacy and security, Kolette assumes no responsibility for the loss of cash or valuables.
我們在乎並保護房客的隱私及安全，但不承擔金錢及有價物品遺失的管理責任。
Building Relations 鄰里關係
We strive to maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors and building management. To avoid any inconvenience to the staff, please contact us directly for any assistance you may need during your stay.
我們希望與大樓保持良好關係避免造成大樓及管理員的麻煩，如住宿期間有需要協助的地方，請直接與我們聯繫。
